Shipping:Jack loves to keep things simple and save money for his customers!  We don't want shipping costs to become a deterrent to your shopping experience.  At Jack Be Natural we want to keep shipping costs low and most of all, simple! 

We have four (4) shipping zones.  Contiguous US, Hawaii & Alaska, Canada, International (Excluding Canada).

*Contiguous US: For any address within the contiguous US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, shipping will be FREE of charge.  For orders that total under $20 there will be a handling fee of $1.95 applied to your order. Orders over $20 will ship FREE without incurring the handling fee.  For heavier and/or bulkier items like detergents, a nominal fee, $5 or less in most cases, per item will apply.  The fee varies on the item and a notification will be provided on the applicable product page.  Shipping charges are a big part of our cost structure and these heavier items really make it cost prohibitive for us to ship free.  In order for us to offer free shipping on all other items we ask for a fair nominal fee on 6 items out of the several hundred that we carry in our store.

Hawaii & Alaska: For Hawaii and Alaska there will be a flat rate fee of $7.50 for orders up to $75.  Orders above $75 will be shipped free of charge.  Shipping fees for heavier items like detergent still apply.

Canada: For any address within Canada, shipping will now be charged at a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders regardless of order value.  This policy change went into effect on February 1st 2013 due to the increase in shipping costs implemented by the US Postal Service virtually doubling our shipping burden overnight. IMPORTANT!!: Please note per some manufacturer policies (i.e. bumGenius, Flip, Hemp Babies, Boba, GroVia products) we are prohibited from selling these brand names to customers purchasing from Canada or another International location.  Please note that this is NOT a policy we created but we have to abide by it per the agreement with our suppliers.  Since our webhost software is unable to disallow these products to be added to the cart of a customer shopping from an International/Canadian IP address, if we receive an order where such items have been purchased, we will contact you and will be glad to change your order for qualifying merchandise or give you a full refund.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience but feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

For Naturepedic and Kalon products please contact us for a shipping quote as these items are bulky and/or heavy so they don't qualify for free shipping.

International (Excludes Canada): For International orders there's a $7.50 mandatory handling fee.  Shipping will be charged at a $35.00 flat rate.  Please note that if your order contains only a few items please contact us first with what you are planning to order.  This way we can search for a more economical option.

**If you are buying from our International zone and your order happens to be for an item or items that can be shipped more economically we will refund any excess amount that was charged during checkout**

**Transit Times:

Shipping times vary on your location and method of shipment.  Most orders ship from our Charlotte NC headquarters.  If your order weighs 13 oz or less it will ship via USPS First Class Mail.  Transit times for First Class Mail will vary upon your shipment destination and can be anywhere from 2 - 9 days for domestic destinations, according to the USPS.    

If your order weighs more than 13 oz it will ship via USPS Priority Mail where transit times are 1 - 3 days for domestic destinations, according to the USPS.

Transit times for international shipments can vary greatly and we have no way of estimating transit times.  Depending on how long a package is held at customs your package can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.

Returns Policy:You may return most new, unopened items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Items must be in 100% original condition.  All credit card or debit refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned product.  Most financial institutions will post the funds on your account within 2 or 3 business days after we have processed the refund.   If you need to return an item, please contact us via phone or email letting us know the items you intend to return as well as the reason.  Please note that a refund will not be contingent on the reason you give us for the return.  We simply want to know if there was a defect, an error on our part or any general comment that would help us improve our product offering and service to you.  A Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the products back will be provided to you.  Packages sent to us without a RAN will NOT be accepted.

*All Kalon Studios products have a fixed shipping cost that will be added to your total during check-out.  These items are all very heavy and hence expensive to ship so we are required to charge the rates quoted on the product page of each item per Kalon Studios policy.

**Transit times on Kalon Studios products depends on the item and an approximate time for delivery is mentioned on the product page of each item.  These are all custom made to order items and lead times can vary.
