It has a high smoke point, which gives it an advantage in cooking and frying.       i was told that coconut oil is great for diaper rash so i bought it since i had no luck with anything else. sure enough it worked like a charm. haven't cooked with it yet but i plan to trying it out

      i love this stuff! i've always like coconut anything at now cooking with this gives food a great hint of coconut and its healthy! its a bit expensive but it lasts a long time because you dont have to use much each time you cook.

      Never thought I would find coconut oil at JBN but I'm glad they started carrying it! Coconut oil is a great cooking oil among many other uses. Has a high flash point too so you won't burn it when cooking.
